How do I download my Etsy file?

Sign in to Etsy in a browser, go to your account purchases, open the order and download the attached digital file. Etsy digital downloads may not show in the same way inside some mobile app views, so a desktop browser is often easiest.

I only downloaded an instruction PDF. Where is the template?

For website invitation products, the PDF guide is the starting point. It contains the setup link, demo link, QR code and steps. Open the client setup link from the PDF to personalize your invitation.

How do I edit my invitation website?
  1. Open the client setup page listed in your PDF guide.
  2. Enter the event name, date, venue, welcome text, dress code, RSVP link and gift note.
  3. Click the generate guest link button.
  4. Open the generated guest link and check it on your phone and desktop.
  5. Send only the guest link or QR code to guests.
Why should I not send the setup page to guests?

The setup page is for the buyer because it contains editing fields. Guests should receive the guest link generated from your setup information. That way guests see only the finished invitation page.

How do I add or change the RSVP link?

Create your RSVP form first, then copy its public link. Paste that link into the RSVP field on the setup page. Generate the guest link again and test the RSVP button before sending it to guests.

Where do I see RSVP replies?

Replies are stored in the RSVP tool you choose, such as Google Forms or another form service. AVVEI Studio does not receive or manage your guest responses unless you specifically ask for custom setup support.

How do I add Amazon, Target or registry links?

Copy the public registry link and paste it into the gift note or registry field on the setup page. Keep the wording short and kind, then test the guest page after generating the new link.

How do I change the countdown date?

The countdown uses the event date from your setup page. Update the date field, generate a new guest link and open the guest page again. If the old date still appears, refresh the page or use the new generated link.

Can I still edit after I send the invitation?

Yes, but you may need to generate and send an updated guest link depending on how the product stores information. If your guest link includes the event details in the URL, use the newest generated link after edits.

My QR code opens old information. What should I do?

Generate the guest link again after editing and create or use the newest QR code. If your phone still shows old information, close the browser tab and scan the new QR again.

The page looks different on my phone. Is that normal?

Yes. Website invitations are responsive, so the layout adapts to screen size. Always test the guest link on the devices your guests are most likely to use.

How do I share the invitation?

Share the final guest link by text message, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram DM or any other private message. You can also use the QR code on printed cards or signs.

I need help with my template. What should I send?

Please send your order number, product name, the link you are using and a short description of the issue. If possible, include a screenshot. This helps me understand the problem faster.

Can I leave a review?

Yes, and it means a lot. If your invitation helped your event feel special, I would be very grateful for a review on Etsy. Reviews help a small shop grow and help future buyers feel confident.
