What is a digital invitation website?
It is an online invitation page that guests open with a link. Instead of sending only a static image, you can share event details, RSVP information, registry notes, schedule, map details and a QR code in one place.
What is included with an AVVEI website invitation?
- A guest invitation page
- A client setup page when listed for that product
- RSVP link area
- Event details and dress code sections
- Registry or gift note area
- Instruction PDF after purchase
- Live demo link or QR preview when shown in the listing
Is this a physical product?
No. AVVEI Studio website invitations are digital products. No printed item will be shipped. You receive digital files and/or a setup guide through Etsy downloads.
Do I need Canva Pro?
For AVVEI website invitations, the main guest page and setup page are opened in a browser. If a specific listing includes Canva files, the listing description will say so. If you are unsure, message me before purchase with the product link.
Can I edit it on my phone?
You can open and test the invitation on your phone. For best results, enter setup details on a computer or tablet because it is easier to copy links, check spelling and test the guest page.
What is the difference between the client setup page and the guest page?
The client setup page is private for the buyer. It is where you enter the event information and generate the final guest link. The guest page is what family and friends should see. Guests should not receive the setup page link.
Can I see a demo before buying?
Most website invitation listings include a demo link or QR code in the Etsy preview photos. Open the demo on desktop and phone so you can check the style, layout and guest experience before purchase.
Can I change colors, names and wording?
Names, date, venue, welcome text, dress code, RSVP link and gift note can usually be changed through the setup page when that product includes setup functionality. Full design color changes may require a custom request.
Can I add my RSVP form?
Yes. You can use a Google Form, RSVP form, website form or another RSVP link. Paste your form link into the RSVP field on the setup page, then test the guest page before sharing.
Can I add registry links?
Yes. Add a registry link, gift note, Amazon/Target registry, baby registry, wedding registry or simple family note in the registry/gift field when the product includes that section.
Can I use this for baby shower, wedding, quinceanera or birthday?
Choose the listing that matches your event type. A baby shower product should use baby shower wording and instructions; a quinceanera product should use quince wording and instructions. If you want a theme converted, message me before purchase.
Can I resell or share the template?
No. Your purchase is for personal use for your event. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy or claim the template design as your own product.
